Whether people workout with me one on one, in small groups, or at one of my large Camp Gladiator boot camps throughout Southwest Austin, they always get smart, fun, and challenging workouts. I have a corrective exercise certification through NASM as well as my NASM CPT so I can spot movement dysfunctional movement patterns and make modifications for people who meet them. I train people at the W Hotel in Downtown Austin, at 360 Performance training at the Westlake Medical Center, and at Oak Hill Fitness Gym on Old Bee Caves Rd.
