HR Strategic Planning •Develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels. •Prepare budgets relating to the Human Resource function and, in conjunction with the Head of Finance and the Managing Partner. Training & Development •Design & Prepare the Training & Development Budget. •Identify training and development needs within an organization through Management Objectives; job Description, Development Plan -appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments. •Design and develop training and development programmes based on both the organization's and the individual's needs. •Make training plan monthly, quarterly. •Keep training materials up to date. •Manage the delivery of training and development programmes. Remuneration, Bonuses, Benefits and Rewards •Enable pay and grading systems to be structured fairly and logically. •Administer compensation, benefits, health insurance schemes, and time attendance programs. Recruitment & Selection •Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants (participate in hiring). •Develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests. •Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. •Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. •Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. Performance Appraisal Reviews •Improve the performance management system to create a strong performance oriented culture. •Regularly evaluate the appraisal system and develop it and the Organization’s competency framework as deemed necessary. •Be responsible for conducting appraisal interviews in respect of all Personnel Department staff •Analyse Performance Appraisal Results to produce Performance Management Reports & Recommendations.
