-Managing the finance department that provides all financial services to the Group. -Working Capital and Cash Flow management. -Cost Control & Re-forecasting. -Managing banks Relation through maintaining bank facilities with various banks that offer Islamic and conventional banking services to fund company's projects efficiently through debt financing and documentary credit. -Preparing funding plans for each project, accordingly we arrange sufficient and efficient project financing. Reviewing the financial side for each contract to insure that all the company's rights are reserved, and liabilities are properly served. -Maintaining an annual budget for the group that highlights the target, cost, in and out flow and general view about the administrative issues and its expense. -Following up the financial issues with customers and suppliers to maintain the short-term cash flow effectively. -Monitoring daily activities and payments for the operating and administrative expense. -Preparing the financial statements and following it up with auditors. -Reporting to the Managing Director regarding the Group. - Weekly brief meeting for the finance team to solve the whole issues and update them for any procedures
