World Sleep Day - 18th March 2022 In 2022 for World Sleep Day 2022, the theme and slogan is Quality Sleep, Sound Mind, Happy World. I'm really looking forward to getting involved again this year in raising awareness about sleep problems and insomnia and how quality sleep help maintain mental health, how might better sleep help people focus during the day, Or how might fatigue weigh us down physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Beatrix is a sleep coach, professional speaker and the author of The Sleep Deep Method®. Having struggled with insomnia and burning herself out in her mid-twenties, she spent the last 12 years researching sleep and learning that in order for us to sleep well at night, we need to look much deeper than just how tired we are and the number of hours we sleep. She believes that sleeping well at night is a set of practical skills that we can all develop which is why she has launched the Sleep Skills For Life Masterclass Series in 2021. As a professional speaker, she has been presenting talks and workshops for a number of years supporting organizations to help their employees with sleep-related problems that affect their daytime work performance, mental health, and other areas of their life. Through the power of The Sleep Deep Method®, she is able to provide a roadmap through practical, interactive, and insightful workshops to get people think about sleep in a more practical and less daunting ‘science’ way.
