My role is to ensure a clear focus on the performance of MyFarm-syndicated properties, and work closely with our business partners, syndicate boards, investors, and other key stakeholders to maximize the physical and financial performance of MyFarm-managed syndicates. Part of my role includes managing capital developments and improvements to properties. Working for MyFarm allows me exposure to a range of different industries and people in the primary sector, in a forever changing market environment. MyFarm is an exciting, growing organization to be a part of. Properties I have oversight of include: - 3 Manuka plantations for honey production in the Central/East Coast of the North Island - 7 Vineyards (predominantly Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc) - A Central Otago Cherry Orchard - A commercial cool store in Palmerston North - A purpose-build backpacker/RSE accommodation unit in Blenheim with 360 beds (currently developing capacity for another 100 beds) - Several Kiwifruit orchards in the Bay of Plenty - 2 Chicken sheds (a broiler unit in Taranaki and breeding facility in Canterbury)
