A Team of mechanical Engineers with more than 17 years’ experience working in the field of Rotating Equipment Engineering in two world-class turbo machinery manufacturers and service provider Companies in different roles across lifecycle of several critical rotating machines; including Overhaul and Maintenance Manager and Manufacturing Quality Control Manager and proven ability and experience of managing service of Rotating Equipment including; HSE, planning, project management, troubleshooting and team working with strong commitment to quality and cost effectiveness, I decided to establish Aryan Turbine Padjouhan with aim of providing solutions and leading engineering project for Oil & Gas and Powerplant industry. ATP could develop the cooperation and provide following services for the customers. • Superb reputation on engineering principles relating to turbo machinery maintenance and overhaul work procedures, inspection and test plans • Proficient in managing various projects in defined deadlines and ensuring the management about the availability and quality of rotating equipment technical operation procedures • Profound work experience of troubleshooting and root cause analysis of rotating equipment faults and preparing the RCA report for management about the reliability of machines • Excellent knowledge of leading and assessment of condition monitoring projects (Vibration, Lubricant and Thermography) and preparing reports to diagnose complex issues on turbomachinery and controlling the accuracy of CM results based on the site systematic maintenance results • Excellent knowledge about the rotor inspection procedures and rotor dynamic principals and well reputation in conducting RCA on turbo machineries • Great experiences of on-site and theoretical training for engineers and technicians regarding manufacturing and assembly drawings, standards, procedures and reliability of rotating equipment machines
