Responsible for core programs and campaigns, supporting the growth of our user groups, and initiatives to drive developer engagement and mindshare.

We were a small team at mcr - in fact, I was the only one in our marketing department! I managed all the marketing for the company and all the activities in the marketing department; from developing our strategy, to coordinating campaigns, managing and improving lead generation, and working with vendors to secure funding. I looked after our overall brand management and corporate identity, including the mcr website and Linked In page, and tracked and reported on the success of all campaigns. I was also responsible for internal communications such as the internal newsletter, team bonding events, and employee satisfaction surveys.
At the OMA, I looked after the day to day running of the office, including developing and maintaining office systems and procedures, and providing administrative support to the CEO and staff. I also managed the finances of the OMA and MOVE, consisting of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining our cash flows and balance sheets, and preparing BAS and IAS on quarterly basis. In addition, I worked closely with the Communications Manager to develop and execute a membership strategy, and with the marketing department on the creation and maintenance of the OMA's website.
At Unistraw I was responsible for account management, sales and business development functions across Australia, Asia, and Eastern Europe, as well as acting as the key contact between partners, sales, and operations.
