- Building strong relationships with Executive and business stakeholders to proactively identify risks and continuously improve risk management maturity - Actively monitoring risks following the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ensuring risks are properly identified, evaluated, recorded and managed and that mitigating action plans are monitored to completion - Working as part of a team to develop suitable risk management tools and approaches that align with SEEK's culture and agile ways of working - Experience working (and in some cases travelling to) many different countries across APAC and Latin America. - Attending and contributing to Board, Audit & Risk Management Committee, Cyber Security Forum, and Data Trust Committee meetings; including the preparation of necessary reports and supporting documentation. - Performing risk-related due diligence that supports major contracts, internal business proposals and M&A transactions. - Working with senior IT leaders including CIO and CISO to address cyber security and technology project risk-related matters - Undertaking control assessments on SEEK businesses and make recommendations to C-Level personnel on control maturity uplift - Maintaining the effective rollout of the SEEK Group Business Resilience Framework, including developing suitable business continuity plans, crisis management tools and awareness, and crisis management simulation training with senior leaders. - Helping to set the strategic direction, planning and delivery of internal audit projects - Developing, updating and rolling-out risk solutions across the SEEK Group to ensure businesses are equipped to actively identify and manage risk (e.g. risk appetite statements, risk rating frameworks, top-down risk assessments, GRC applications, etc.) - Seen as a subject-matter-expert (SME) on technology controls (cybersecurity, privacy, availability/reliability, disaster recovery, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, etc.)
