Bennjoseph Vaughan

Working in partnership with the Board of Directors to oversee, manage and develop We Are Frieda as a leading specialist organisation in the field of domestic abuse, sexual violence and perpetrator interventions. Developing our organisational strategy at a strategic level and ensuring operational follow through for integrated psychosocial and psychotherapeutic support services for all persons experiencing or having experienced trauma, with a person-centred, trauma-informed and psychotherapeutic foundation. I hold lead responsibility for safeguarding, family services for survivors, children/young people and perpetrators, and lead on child death overview panels and domestic homicide reviews. I also lead on specialist court assessments, and the development of OCNLondon accredited qualifications. I lead as a champion of inclusivity of LGBTQI+ community into practice and services.
