CRM development and analytics. • Working in a Waste Electrical and Electronic compliance environment, implementing Extended Producer Responsibility for a compliance management scheme. • Optimised revenue by implementing a robust audit programme conducting compliance management audits increasing revenue by over €300,000. • Communications, relationship, and account management working with several external stakeholders. GDPR gap analysis, mapping, and risk assessment – writing of and implementation of new data protection, privacy, data breach, data retention, and employee/HR data protection policies. Analysis of external contractors and data processor contracts. • Embedding a culture of data protection and compliance among departments up to board level. • Working closely with HR - arranging and delivering staff training on GDPR, risks and how it relates to specific departments. • Strategic planning, QEMS, working to and exceeding agreed KPI’s.
