In this case I had to prepare the file with all the documents required to get a loan: to purchase a house or to refinance and get the equity or just to change programs. After everything was together we sent the complete file to the Lender, specifying the new program and rates to apply. The lender gave us the answer with conditions to be met or not, and after all was completed the loan was closed.
