 Complete EPC Project management and pre-bid Engineering support (proposal development, technical bid analysis)  Arrange, Participate in Project Kick-off meeting, Contract review, design and Model reviews and facilitate completion of the Design and Engineering work and participate in the Planning and Scheduling of engineering activity.  Erection, testing and commissioning of all electrical equipments like 400/220 kV Transmission Line & GIS substation and switchyard, transformers, CB's, Metro Rail Traction control and Protection System, Interlocking of Protection & Control Relay Panels, and all techno-commercial activities related to the projects and Coordination with site management about Erection and commissioning of equipment’s as per specification of clients.  Design and review of 400/220 KV EHV Substation control and Protection schemes as per client requirement networks.  Having detail knowledge of EHV/LV Transmission & substation protection networks & Distribution equipment’s.  Complete Installation of Metro Rail Electrical Traction substation and Panel interlock System & distribution system.  Coordinating with sub-contractors and Equipment suppliers for Technical issues.  Testing of major Electrical equipment’s such as GIS Substation EHV Panels,HT/LT control &protection panels, CB, Bus ducts, Relays, Interface Panel, Transformers, Switches, HT/LT Cables, etc.  Every day Site Execution work progress Monitoring & Preparation of site progress report to submit customer to meet customer satisfaction with proper safety at site i.e. overall site Execution monitoring.  Support Execution for timely completion of project during Installation and commissioning of electrical networks.  Approval of drawings, Project Scheduling, Supervision, Commissioning and handing over as per clients requirements

 Design and Project management Execution of Power supply Transmission networks & commissioning of Electrical substation & Testing of Panel interlocking control System and distribution Substation networks in ADCO field.   Planning completion of survey, Drawing, BOQs and getting the approvals of related documents & quantities finalizations by PMC and clients.  Planning the materials and manpower as per monthly targets, and monitoring with management for getting required materials and necessary approvals for completion of targets.  Planning of monthly billing targets and to arrange the men & materials for completion of feeders all activities and preparation of inspection, joint measurements and certifications by client to achieve monthly financial targets.  Maintained the daily progress report & reported to management daily basis.  Conducting meetings monthly basis with all staff for ensuring the quality, Safety of works, planning, preparing the men, materials for internal targets & resolve the any problems at site to achieve targets as a TEAM.  Maintained the relationship with client & management for ensuring smooth execution of projects.  Planning, completion of Operational Acceptance and final measurements for certification handing over to client & final billing of completed feeders and same for entire project.  Follow up & getting the declaration of work completion reports from client.  Follow up with vendors and consultants regarding Engineering activities and coordination with the vendors for timely manufacturing and the delivery of equipment to the site. • Project scheduling namely PERT charts, MS Projects etc. • Responsible for getting design & engineering completed/ approved within stipulated time period. • Prepare BOM, BOQ and specifications as per drawings. • Involved in material invoicing, actively involved in procurement of materials and coordination with client/vendor/procurement department. • Monitoring site progress activities on regular basis, maintain communication and coordination at site. • Contractor Management and Client Management. • Maintaining Quality systems and regulation of Quality standards. • Should possess sound knowledge of construction equipments. • Timely execution of project and management of time delays. • Must have executed at least one RE Project right from beginning till completion and handling over in all respect and have reconciled the material consumption at site and material issued to contractor. • Should have operational skill in material management based on project schedule. • Should have skill in managing project cash flow including revenue generation out of erection work. • To prepare the bill of quantities and have skill in adjusting the quantity variation keeping in view the customer’s requirement and its reflection in contract amount/volume. • Will be responsible to ensure progress, maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, ensure timely project completion and maintain health and safety standards. • Will be responsible for periodical MIS reports to management/client/consultant. • To prepare risk control matrix based on nature of activities involved for the project. • Regulation of statutory compliances. • Responsible for timely billing and payments from site. • Supervision and planning of RE construction activities.

Working as a Senior Consultant in EHV Transmission Line and GIS Substation & HT / LT Distribution of Substation and Transmission Line network activities and involved in the following Projects activities:  Responsible for Project Execution / control as per contract specification, designs and engineering standards.  Erection, testing and commissioning of all electrical equipments like 220//33 KV GIS substation and switchyard, transformers, CB's, Protection & Control Relay Panels, HVAC systems, & Firefighting systems and all techno-commercial activities related to the projects.  Approval of drawings, Project Scheduling, Supervision, Commissioning and handing over as per clients requirements.  Undertake all techno-commercial activities related to the project.  Interface effectively with other related engineering disciplines and Conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory norms and safety standards.  Overseeing calibration, testing and aligning of electronic equipment in use by using precision test equipment.
