Conducted ISO audits for the Business Units, including Logistics, Aviation, and HR in Adnoc Distribution as per the ISO 9001:2000. Organised security audits and assisted in ISO certification process. Acted as a Senior Assessor of SKEA (Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award) and conducted three cycles of assessment based on EFQM model.
