Because smart Today makes spectacular Tomorrow:) Project I am most in love with right now is "Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit" - the biggest gathering of women in TECH &IT in Europe:) My current position is CEO in PERSPEKTYWY Education Foundation. I am responsible for general strategy, new ideas, development, international projects of the Foundation and research projects. PERSPEKTYWY plays an important role actively promoting participation of women in STEM field, quality of higher education, and serves as a think tank in the field of internationalization of higher education and gender equality. I am passionate about new technologies and improving the world trough support of talented girls in STEM field. Because smart Today makes spectacular Tomorrow:) Project I am most in love with right now is "Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit" - the biggest gathering of women in TECH &IT in Europe:) Perspektywy together with industry Partners runs "IT for SHE" program - for the most talented female students from IT/computer science field. "IT for SHE" won European Digitla Skills Award by European Commission - for the best action for women in technology in Europe. In 2018 I decided to invite to Warsaw 1000+ most talented women in IT / Tech in this part of the wolrd and organize "Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit". Event turned out to be much more successful than I expected - 2500 women participated!:) Last years edition hosted 10 000 participants - most brilliant women in Tech from 88 countries. Now I am working on the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2024!:) - 12-13 June 2024. I am also initiator of a known readership-promoting campaign – Nie czytasz? Nie idę z Tobą do łóżka!
