Working with the Communications Department to create effective membership recruitment materials. Creating a pre-event, on-site, and post-event sales plan, including systematic follow-up with potential members. Performing activities related to the associations membership booth at PRBA and PRBA sponsored events. Assisting members with questions about membership, renewals, and benefits. Representing and advocating the role of the Association to existing and prospective members. Shared team tasks such as updating the member database, in-house renewal processing, file update and maintenance and other tasks as assigned.

Responsible for leading youth outreach and engagement, coordination of community center facilities project, and the development of a community resources program schedule.

COMMUNITY SERVICE: Citizen Hope partners with, and volunteers for, causes and organizations in its community. Our focus is on activities that expand hope and opportunity for those in need. POLITICAL ACTION: Citizen Hope is an agent of change and acts directly in any political and social efforts that seek to implement its collective vision for the future. Citizen Hope is especially interested in opportunities to educate its members about critical political and social issues. By uniting attendees through awareness, activism and service, we build our political and social community and push forward our shared values and goals.

Increase the community's understanding of the environmental and financial advantages of switching to solar energy over current energy providers. We are an advisory committee made up of stakeholders and experts working towards improving the quality of life and access to quality educational programs for West Contra Costa's youth. We provide guidance on key issues such as WCCOST policy and objectives, budgetary control, marketing strategy, resource allocation, and other such decisions involving strategies to positively impact the lives of our youth.

Provide organizational leadership and a sincere commitment to ensuring the protection and education of our communities youth.

The Richmond Community Foundation and the members of the 2015 Summit Steering Committee are pleased to bring the 6th Annual Northern California Summit on Children and Youth to the Richmond Civic Center again this year. The summit is scheduled for April 30, 2015 and the theme for this year’s event is Bridging the STEM Diversity Gap.

Facilitation and presentation of the 'Jr Staff' program material to administrators and direct staff of Boys & Girls Clubs across the country. The 'Jr Staff' program exposes teens to the youth development and non-profit management field, in a formal and progressive curriculum. I train these youth development professionals to better understand the process and rewards of this great program as well as enhancing their program knowledge and implementation skills.

• Quality management of all daily programs, including the operation of national BGCA programs each of the following areas: Character and Leadership, Education and Career, Health and Life Skills, the Arts, Sports Fitness and Recreation, Specialized Initiatives, Technology, Planning and Evaluation, and Deepening Impact • Management of program staff, including recruitment, training and supervision, and retention • Management of volunteers, including recruitment, training and supervision, and retention • Administration of Teen Center facility, program development, and special events • Running of athletic leagues servicing 300 youth annually, including three age-appropriate basketball leagues, three age-appropriate baseball leagues, and a flag football league • Participation in grant writing and donor solicitation, resulting in over $100,000 in the last year • Organization, planning, and hosting of special events, including fundraisers and banquets • Coordination of membership application input, filing, and organization • Daily discipline and counseling of up to 150 youth members
