Ensure Training Need Assessment through Annual Training Need Assessment form and training surveys, prepare Annual Training Plans also ensure arrangement of training programs at head office and follow effectiveness of training feedback. Coordinate with Department Heads at all locations for the development, issuance and revision of job descriptions in consultation with Director Legal & HR and issuance of job descriptions and record keeping of distribution record. Conduct employees' verification from their last organization and maintain its record. Maintain and update Leave Record of all employees including Head Office, Field Force & Factory in HRIS. Coordinate with Internal Audit for verification of medical claims and with Accounts Department for arrangement of payment against the medical claims and maintain its record in system. Ensure implementation of Internship Policy at Head Office and orientate students and coordinate for preparation of internship plans, collect internship report & Conduct Exit Interview of internee. Maintain attendance record of all employees and update manual attendance and tour plans of Head Office employees in HRIS. Orientate new employees of Asst. Manager and above cadre about HR policies, procedures and facilities of Head Office.
