As the founder of HitLights I believe that energy efficient LED lighting leads to a healthier and more productive life. LED lighting can last between 25,000 and 50,000 hours, equating to over 20 years at 8 hours per day, which greatly reduces maintenance and replacement lighting costs. Our LEDs use up to 80% less energy than traditional light bulbs, significantly reducing power consumption and energy costs. Our product line is constantly evolving to meet our customers’ needs and provide customized solutions. We care about the environment and what is best for you, our customers.

What is EO Mentorship? EO Mentorship is a one-on-one relationship between a mentee and a mentor that is guided by clear goals and timeframes to achieve high-level leadership and personal development. Within formal mentoring relationships, mentees are responsible for creating growth objectives and milestones, while mentors provide insight, perspective and support within a safe, intimate environment of idea and experience exchange. The G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20YEA) is a collective of leading entrepreneurship support organizations representing the G20 countries who seek to promote youth entrepreneurship as a powerful driver of economic renewal, job creation, innovation and social change. Country members include: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, the Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the UK, the USA, South Africa and Argentina. As an Accelerator champion, my mission is to build a sustainable program that produces graduates to EO. The environmental specialist needs to work in close consultation with our medical director. The employers and the Medical Director are in a great need to understand the potential effect of prolonged exposure to the oil spill. The environmental specialist need to monitor the environment for the persisting levels of petrochemical toxins as well as early identification of their breakdown products. Ability to appropriately collect and utilize laboratory equipment to analyze the chemical samples is a must. The most significant human health risk is expected to be related to the long term effect of the delayed breakdown toxin of the oil that remained in the environment. The employers have a particular keen interest in the chemical processes that are expected to occur with the oil remains in the environment. Therefore, the environmental specialist must have detailed knowledge of laboratory chemistry and an ability to work with our physician environmental medicine specialist. Culture and language skill: Our physician is already collaborating with international medical research institutions that have already performed much work on chemical toxic effect on human health. Much of these toxin-health researches are being conducted in the People’s Republic of China. These Chinese researchers are willing to allow limited access to their vast existing database on these toxin-health relationships. The environmental specialist is expected to access, translate, and add to this Chinese data base. Therefore, the environmental specialist must be fluent in Chinese, especially related to Chinese attitude toward national pride, chemical names/compounds and their potential toxic effect on human health.
