SBM-G, JJM/NRDWP, Swajal, SSA, NRHM, ICDS & NRLM in convergence among UN, Govt. line depts., multiple CSOs and CSRs. ** Work Profile/Roles & Responsibilities: Planning strategies, Coordination with stakeholders, Resource mapping, Community mobilization, Training & Orientation, IEC-SBCC & Media Campaign activities, Liaising & Networking with Govt line departments, NGOs, CSOs, CSRs; Implementation Monitoring & Evaluation, Knowledge Management, Documentation & Reporting (1) Service delivery, Quality assurance, Advocacy and Strategic consulting for Implementation:- *Reviewed & Ensured service delivery to targeted 119597 families in Patan, 99464 in Valsad and 103532 in Kachchh as per BLS-2012 (MoDWS, GoI) *Actively engaged the team in designing comprehensive plan for execution of CAS modules (Community Approaches to Sanitation) *Oriented and extended hand-holding support to the authorities, SBM/JJM staffs and key stakeholders on the concepts & activities of ODF, ODF Plus & FHTC protocols *Conducted household visits, field inspections, IPCs, FGDs and triggering activities with the community people in 500+ villages (2) Social & Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC):- *Devised monitoring tools as per GoI guidelines to ensure WASH compliance in the institutions (Schools, Anganwadi centers, Health facility centers and Gram panchayat bhawans) *Organized SBCC workshops & Stakeholders meetings; Drafted ODEP (costed plan), Formulated & Facilitated SBCC comprehensive action plan (3) Documentation, Reporting & Knowledge Management:- *Captured 100+ success stories; drafted 50+ case studies; and documented the whole process viz. learning & observations from challenges & limitations, approaches & achievements, gaps & gap filling measures, SWOT analysis
