Project manager for a larger project to set the foundations to bigger digital revenues within the IDG organization. I set the goals and the specifications, handled the procurement of an external system and made sure we could implement the system in the current infrastructure. A very important key to success was to engage people along the way. In parallell, I was also the Project manager for the industry-leading job- and career site CS Jobb. Managed the transfer from an old platform and ensured that the site was evolving successfully. As a project manager at IDG, I was always documenting and following up bugs in several bug tracking systems. It also meant having regular WebEx conferences with our system providers.
