At Idealab I co-founded Savr, an iOS grocery price comparison app that was designed to help consumers save money on their weekly grocery bill by showing where the items on a grocery list were least expensive. The app was designed to be the smart grocery app for casual savers – people who want to save money on their groceries, but can’t dedicate time to finding deals or want to spend significant amounts of time clipping coupons. The business was incubated at Idealab in Pasadena, CA.
Boot Studios is a web & mobile app design firm that leverages the operational experience of myself and Tom Walter (former creative director at eBay and Paypal) to deliver amazing online experiences for our clients. In addition to designing and building these websites and mobile apps, we also provide product management, branding & logo development and marketing strategy services to both online and brick and mortar companies. As a General Manager of Rent.com I have joint responsibility for Rent.com's P&L and strategic direction and I directly manage the Product Management, Internet Marketing, Product Development, Creative Design and Business Analytics business units.
