My duties includes: •To be the first point of contact for the client •Reporting daily to clients according to client requirement, the mandate and within client specific deadlines; •To complete a daily performance check; •To review and do reconciliations of monthly reports and delivery to clients within specific deadlines; •To complete adhoc reporting requests, including SARB reporting, statement MS, audit certificate, regulation 28, performance fees and other special request; •Preparing presentations; •To review FICA documents. •To prepare take-on’s for new clients, open bank accounts and all other accounts stipulated by the mandate •To manage the daily cash management, transaction implementation and administration, namely; •To ensure that contribution and disinvestments instruction are processed by administrator; •Monitor daily cash reconciliations; •Monitor weekly scrip recons; •Ensure that discrepancies are cleared timeously; •Updating portfolio data; •Comprehensive support to Portfolio Managers in Cash and Quants team; •Maintain in depth knowledge of client investments; •Liaison with clients with regard to new client take-ons and disinvestments; •Assistance rendered to external auditors.
