As Head of Capital, I am responsible for a newly established investment platform – Goldfields Capital Partners (GCP). GCP will aim to provide attractive risk-adjusted real estate development returns via a pipeline of high-quality opportunities from the Goldfields Group. We are seeking to build on Goldfields’ existing network of trusted capital partners including, global institutions, financial advisers, family offices and high net worth individuals. We will offer investments across the capital stack and at various points in a development’s lifecycle. Goldfields is one of Australia’s leading private real estate development businesses. Established in 2011, we operate across the Eastern Seaboard and within South Australia. We are a diversified business, with experience across residential apartments and townhouses, master planned residential communities, office towers and mixed-use retail projects. Across 2020 and 2021, Goldfields has continued its expansion into new sectors including, landmark office and hotel projects, retail town centre developments and the establishment of a JV to take advantage of ‘build to rent’ residential opportunities in the USA.
