Brandon Amezcua's past jobs
As a parts counter person at LoneStar I'm responsible for providing the best customer service possible to any and all customers including our technicians. Getting them the right parts is crucial and very important no matter what the circumstance. Daily activities include ordering, shipping & receiving, quoting, and most importantly sale parts.
Hawthorne Lift is a Caterpilla, Mitsubishi, Jungheinrich,Linde, JLG, and Genie dealer and part of the Naumann / Hobbs Company out of Arizona. Hawthorne is also the biggest forklift dealership in the grater San Diego area. The time spent at Hawthorne was a great learning experience where I got to learn more and understand more on Aero lifts and other forklift brands other than Toyota and Hyundai.
In Toyotalift, Inc. where I worked for almost five years I started as a regular parts guy until the Part manager was laid off. Then I became responsible for the parts department for almost four years. I took care of the daily ordering and managing the parts inventory and working with the service and road techs on their inventory and daily re-stocking of parts. I also got the ability to work more hands-on on the softbase system where i had to run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to make sure everything was running smoothly. Also during all of the daily responsabilities, I also managed to get all the required Toyota trainning and certificates for the parts department.
I was involve in all aspects of the parts department and sales of vineyard tractors, attachments, and landscaping equipment. We where a Kubota, Landini, Antonio Cararro, and Stihl supplier. I also helped out as much as i could with equipment sales when needed for spanish speaking customers.
As a 91M I had to work with the Doctors, Nurses, and the nutritionist to make sure the hospital patients had the proper food and nutrients prior and after any medical procedure. To insure they got back to perform their duties as soldiers.
