- Implemented Design Thinking & Lean Experimentation across Product and Design. - Ran lean experiments to test new product concepts for both Marketplace and Carbon - Launched the company's first User Research function supporting research and conversations with over 100 farmers. - Trained multiple departments on Design Thinking and Lean, creating training sessions and templates to simplify the transition to experimentation.

Transitioned team in 2019 to a Full Product engineering team by bringing on multiple new diverse roles and bringing the headcount to 26. Lead a team of Product Managers, Product Strategists, Tech Leads, Engineers, Designers, and Testers. We have continued our Design Thinking approach to software development, but now have a team that is engaged with the largest company engineering initiatives. Continued culture change through multiple Design Thinking and Agile workshops, having trained and presented to over 1,000 managers and employees, providing materials for continued training to their reports.

Transitioned team into new strategy and direction to better assist with the growing changes of the organization. I scaled the team in 2018 to 5 full-time employees focusing on bringing Design Thinking and Lean Experimentation methodologies to a larger audience. Launched workshops to help bring a new mindset to the broader organization while taking a strong stance on lean experimentation inclusion in all product work.

In 2017, I was given the opportunity to pursue a new exciting challenge. This challenge was to help a ~40,000 person corporation think and be more agile in its approach to Digital Innovation. To help accomplish this, I hired a diverse group of interns who helped push the corporation in a new direction of thought. Our goal was to experiment with the end-user and use their feedback to drive data-driven decisions on the products we were creating. In total, we shipped 15 POCs, 6 MVPs, with one MVP going into full production. This approach proved to be more cost-effective but also created higher quality apps that had higher adoption upon launch into MVP/Production. In this year, we grew from 10 interns to 20 and added a Full Time Strategist role. Interns ranged from Software Engineering, Creative Writing, Psychology, Industrial Design, UX/UI, and Graphic Design. The diverse talent of this group was designed and proved to be a significant factor in our team's success. Responsible for ideation, development, and promotion of new concepts inside AB InBev's "Community of Labs", while overseeing operations for 26 global projects with 25+ interns, 8 full-time employees and a $2.4M budget. Managing the development of "Game Changers" across 6 global zones, providing savings or revenue increase of $140M annually. Co-Lead of SmartBarley Startup, Hackathon, and Internal Projects Helping to develop new tools for our Agriculture initiatives. Coordinate and run weekly stakeholder meetings with VP's and CIO. Implemented Agile workflow across teams, increasing transparency and simplicity in managing interns and experiments while increasing intern satisfaction through best-practice programs, office competitions, and field trips.

Product Manager who oversaw various confidential mobile and web-based projects, identified and designed quality user experience for various insurance and banking interactions. Team lead for special projects team who worked to unite research and design departments. Developed new workflows and introduced new tools to help support a more Agile workflow. Responsible for writing test scripts for usability scenarios, interviewing participants both one-on-one and in focus groups.

Manage the development of web and desktop applications, as well as graphic design and social media consulting. Projects ranging from 30 to 2,000 hour projects, using both local and remote development and graphic design teams. Highlights * Architect and developer for confidential client's server side API code. Worked remotely with team members for 3 months to develop social media and online forum monitoring system. Wrote RESTful API using Python and PERL. * Consulted for 11 companies in various industries ranging from Real Estate to Restaurants creating better social media presence and monitoring and more efficient management processes. * Developed and launched online self defense training system. Managed 3 developers, developed and executed User Acceptance Testing and code review. * Created and launched LunchBoxPal, a social networking site for professionals with a focus around offline events and growing in person relationships. * Architect for patron monitoring system for local library, writing custom code and implementing custom Ubuntu desktop clients. * Managed and coded with a team of developers to create and implement a remote medical diagnosis system. Responsible for all design, architecture and testing of software. * Started computer repair business, servicing over 500 patrons in Central Illinois.

Working with executives and high-profile clients, developed best practices for site user experience, customer API and page design. Implemented Agile project management flow and software packages to meet the product, management and time requirements of internal and external development teams. Worked daily to manage and develop new product specifications and improve existing user experience. Consulted and managed high profile clients, aiding one customer to turn around 70,000 pre-launch signups in 2 weeks. Aided in customer support by working support channels and providing and implementing bug fixes for active products.

Managed 3 global project teams and wrote code, delivering product to three high profile startups. Developed timelines and design/coding guidelines for all teams. Worked with managing partners and CEOs to develop solid user experience and consistent delivery for 2 Facebook apps and one large scale API.

As a Project Manager, developed timeline and investigated tasks across all departments for projects ranging from company blog redesign/development, newsletter opt-out systems and various web redesigns. Utilized technical knowledge and skills to foresee and avoid potential issues. And negotiated new project timelines between CEO, company directors, and department managers.
