Some activities provided for clients are as follows: Lead exercises such as value stream mapping, context mapping, identifying bounded contexts, define and document transaction boundaries in order to produce artifact that drive domain driven, autonomous Microservices, digital strategies and engineering enablement. Create Ubiquitous Language for each business domain to bridge communication between the business and the technology. Develop the transformation vision to migrate monolithic enterprise applications to the cloud native architecture for rapid feature development Implement development concepts such as CQRS, event sourced, event driven, domain model driven Microservices. Build organizational team structures, sizes and required skill sets to efficiently carry out the transformation and ultimately sustain Portfolio velocity to provide accurate forecasting to leadership. Mentor development teams on overall mission, best development operational practices as well as sample code solutions by utilizing a reference architecture development environment to demonstrate real life examples. Work with many teams and leaders across the enterprise to understand risks, dependencies and develop mitigation plans to ensure feature velocity is sustained. CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers. In this role I participate on the architecture/ engineering team across the business unit and serve as team Scrum Master. My specific scrum team tackles the larger more difficult tasks presented by our customer and break down future work for other teams to consume in future Product Increments. Our current focus is on prototyping and laying out the road map to take the legacy application (the full stack) and bring it up to speed with current technologies. Utilizing VersionOne inside the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) I manage my scrum team and provide proof of concept samples, documentation, feature break downs to enable teams to efficiently develop complex legacy technology upgrades. I also drive continuous integration, continuous delivery devops model to build the proper feedback loops required to scale capabilities and solutions across the enterprise. During my off time I continue to learn advance technologies in order to take the least path of resistance.

High visibility all the way to congress and monitored by the highest level inside the Secretary of Defense. This position I was a senior Java developer that turned requirements into deliverable software. Early on I was recognized as a thought leader. Having vast experience gave me the ability to gain a sound understanding quickly of a very difficult and complex program from top to bottom, not just the Java portion.

BMI is a private label chemical manufacturer to the oil and gas industry. In this position I utilized both Automation Controls Engineering and Software Engineering.

DIMS was founded to fill a gap in manufacturing automation MRO supply. Large publicly traded manufacturing companies collect warehouses full of unopened, brand new parts to up keep Maintenance Repair Operations. We connected companies that needed those parts with those who have built a surplus. A lot of times these are legacy parts that are difficult to find in traditional ways. Since no solution existed the companies would eventually throw the inventory away. The software developed was a proprietary listing tool that could list 1000s of automation MRO supply parts, fully decorated and optimized, to sell online on our ecommerce site (Market Place). The listings were also distributed to other marketplaces we interfaced with such as eBay. From the benchmark 2200 to the award-winning technology of the Performance Series, Mark Andy has helped converters to be successful for more than 65 years. Technical achievements: - Developing motion control for a rewind slitter. - Developed a standard PLC program that included all options and were turned on and off by the HMI to the customer specification. - Developed complicated drive programs for many different applications to properly maintain web tension using load cell feedback or an open loop system. I added tuning parameters to be accessed by HMI to optimize field install time and production time Foreman responsibilities included: - Developing work schedules and staffing correctly to fulfill work load. - Certified in Lean Leadership and concepts - Enforcing and identifying 7 most common types of waste, visual management and tracking key performance indicators to better understand and manage company priorities. - Teaching and upholding lean philosophy such as calculating takt time, 5S, standard work, continuous improvement and implementing a kanban inventory system. Service engineer responsibilities included: - Developing program solutions and electrical designs to retrofit machines across the globe. - Guided technicians remotely to install and debug retrofit designs. - Providing remote diagnostics to plant Maintenance personnel using online screen share tools. - Created technical document and training courses for field technicians. - Used daily: Drive Monitor, Step 7, Drive Logix, RSlogix, RSView and other Rockwell and Siemens software. - Scheduled technicians globally to keep maintenance and repair of printing production facilities at best capacity.

They continue to design and build high quality, technologically advanced products, all while handling the equipment and systems necessary to meet present and future industry needs. • Responsible for shop operations, field/technical support, and developing high level automation and touch screen software. • Field and Automation Achievements : Baptized by fire on all makes and models of PLCs, from PLC 2 to Texas Instruments to RSLogix 5000. Most challenging field project was a 3 month stint in Texas, where I managed a team of riggers, electrical contractors, and general contractors to consolidate 3 plants into one. This involved bringing old, broken pallitizers from all over the country, rewiring, reprogramming, and making mechanical modifications to accommodate the new applications. Each pallitizer had a PLC 2 and 120 volt control system; some were hastily removed from previous location. Went on more than 60 service trips around the US, maintaining a very high satisfactory rating.
