-Deliver Operations Readiness activities as per plan for the worlds largest Autonomous Haulage Project on a coal mine fleet. -Manage the delivery of the safety and health management system requirements including risk management, change management, training and creation of procedures and controlled documents. -Facilitate familiarization workshops for stakeholder engagement with end users to ensure project expectations are met and gaps are closed to schedule within budget.

-Oversight of Continuous Improvement portfolio across Australia, Indonesia and Canada -Coordinate the delivery of global Continuous Manufacturing (CM) system improvement projects ( to the tune of~ $380M) including SAP S4 Hana Permit to work and Open Text Document Management System. -Compilation and delivery of weekly and monthly KPI and OEE performance reporting for CM Division using Power BI, SAP, Excel and Powerpoint. -Establish strategic initiatives that enable delivery of the CM environmental 5-year strategy. -Manage contractors and contractor performance for implementing business improvement plans

-Health, Safety, Community, Environment and Risk management across 5 processing plants. -Leadership, recruitment and development of up to 45 Operators in my team. -Management of the 2y budget for Operations -Oversight of delivery of products to customers across the East coast of Australia

-Act in Superintendent Technical role as required and provide out of hours technical support -Identify, initiate, monitor and report on projects to improve plant capacity, process control and overall performance -Identify and implement cost saving initiatives across the Concentrator process -Development of yearly production budgets and costs, as well as monthly analysis of key cost drivers. -Participate in Risk Management reviews and ensure delivery of critical controls -Lead and drive compliance to safe work systems, procedures and standards through frequent presence in the field) -Strive to eliminate injuries and incidents in the workplace by proactively challenging unsafe behaviours and leading incident investigations.

- Maintaing zero harm for all employees by actively participating in safety initiatives across site and routine audits on the job front - Monitor key metallurgical parameters of the leaching, thickening and tailings circuits - Produce daily and monthly reports on performance and reagents consumption - Engage operators, maintenance and engineers in troubleshooting and routine maintence planning - Produce start and shut down plans for major outages

- Maintaing zero harm for all employees by actively participating in safety initiatives across site and routine audits on the job front - Monitor the metallurgical performance of the copper and uranium solvent extraction processes and produce daily and monthly reports - Ensure maximum recovery with minimal downtime and impurities to the end user - Engage and liase with plant operators,maintenance and engineering to ensure efficient resoution of breakdowns and minimal impact on production - Produce and update operating instructions and process control procedures to ensure plant is maintained within targets - Reporting and communciation of incident investigations relating to process deviations to ensure key learnings are captured - Liason with process control systems support groups to adjust control limits and enable interlocks that increase throughput, improve equipment life.

-Responsible for all health and safety related matters for the Minerals group, which included monthly safety meetings,incident investigations and quartley site meetings. -First point of contact for employee concerns or flagging any hazardous tasks without adequate controls within the group -Procurement of PPE for the work group and performing PPE and housekeeping audits in the office and work areas -Promoting a safe evironment

- Supervision and operation of Pilot scale test work for Rare Earths, Uranium and Copper mining clients - Set up of equipment and instrumentation associated with the project circuits - Commisioning of unit operations before piloting campaigns - Sample collection and process moritoring - Data analysis on critical performance parameters - Completion of project reports and liason with clients - Unit operations included solvent extraction,acid leaching, filtration (horizontal belt as well as filter press), ion exchange, resin in pulp and thickening.

- Pilot plant shift operator for a complex titanium dioxide scale up process. - Strong commitment to safety and remaining out of the line of fire due to hazardous nature of process solutions - As part of the operations team, I was involved in collection of samples, operation of leaching and neutralisation vessels as well as filtration units. - Responsible for the validation of chemical analyses as well as liason with external analytical lab. - Participated in Shift handover sessions and contributed to safety discussions in toolbox meetings - Regular reviews of standard operating procedures
