Improved my territory's revenue over 300% during employment.
Qualify applicants for residential mortgage loans by collecting personal financial documents to determine: debt-to-income ratio, loan-to-value of home ratio, and credit history. Determine if applicant meets loan standards by processing a full pre-approval through bank software and following the loan until it closes.
