With a fast paced web store system and print on demand services, I initially manage the funnel of art files as orders are received and prepare them for print. Daily provide any needs and adjustments for production staff. Once garments are received, I manage the flow and production schedule. As production completes, I process items for shipping as needed. Throughout the day, I am addressing system needs and corrections so there is no lag in flow for any member of my team.
Prepare art files for digital print as jobs are processed through sales team. Daily managing the production flow of orders while aiming to complete ahead of schedule.
My department handles all separations for screen printing. My daily objective is to maintain updated information for all incoming jobs, while communicating directly with the sales team to assure necessary information is provided for my team in efforts to maintain production dates. I also manage custom art conversations with clients and delegate art projects to the team once they are paid.
I manage the entire screen printing department. Starting with artwork and acquiring approvals from our clients, I create the separations and films to start the screen printing process. I also burn screens, prepare them for production, and complete all pre-press setup prior to printing our first shirt. From there, QC, packing, and shipping were carried out by my assistant and myself to complete our shift daily. While jobs are running I would fill in as press assistant during production.
Embroidery production on 6 and 15 head Barudan embroidery machines. With 10 years of experience in embroidery production, I was able to run night shifts as well as maintain the machines when needed.
