At this position I was responsible for the entire division in the spring to fall seasons and shared the winter management responsibilities with the owners. I was responsible for the hiring,training,sales and productivity of all Maintenance staff. During the winter I was responsible for the hiring of employees and subs.I had to schedule all the jobs and over see all the accounts for sales and customer relations.
I ran the production side of the grounds maintenance division of this company while working on site with the crews.We were constantly upgrading skills through training programs . Towards the end of this company I was being trained as sales representative as well as running the Gravel hauling division.
