I am centered on advising first time CEOs (and their executive teams), guiding them as they step into new roles with challenges and opportunities they have never experienced before. My Groove Management practice uses an appreciative inquiry based approach with leaders at all levels – to find their groove, build upon strengths, lead through change, and create competitive advantage (for individuals and the organization). We offer leadership development, executive coaching and employee engagement services. We have also designed an adventurous development program for business leaders called LeaderSurf. It’s designed to break old habits and create lasting change. Ten individuals leave their four walls for 5 days in Costa Rica, Nicaragua or South Carolina to embrace their distinctiveness, learn to fail to succeed and build servant leadership. They return to work with full perspective, a set of goals and strategies and a plan for overcoming obstacles. And yes, we learn to surf.
