Amazon Operations Manager, leading an inbound operation, outbound operation, or a functional process on a specified shift or across multiple shifts within an Amazon Sortation Center. Responsible for leading, developing and engaging a team of exceptional talent that makes innovation possible. Responsible for the Professional Development and Management of 19K Enlisted Member Aviation force that is garrisoned and deployed globally. Responsible for the oversight of Enlisted Initial Entry Training for 17 Aviation Military Occupational Specialities (MOS) training over 8,000 Soldiers annually. Responsible for two Noncommissioned Officer Academy's instructing 22 different programs of instruction for 15 different MOS's across all three components. Advisor to the Command General on all aspects of Aviation functional training, and professional development for Army Aviation.

Command Sergeant Major for the United States Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz, responsible for the execution of installation support operations for over 40,000 Military members, Family members, Department of Defense Civilians, Inter-Agency Partners, and host nation employees encompassing 30 sites throughout Germany. Responsible for the health, welfare, training and mentorship of 1,300 Soldiers, DA Civilians, NAF, Host Nation professionals and contract partners.

Command Sergeant Major for the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade, 25th Infantry Division serves as the senior enlisted advisor to the brigade commander for over 2500 Soldiers, over 500 vehicles, and 91 attack, reconnaissance, assault, MEDEVAC, medium lift, and command and control helicopters, with a total annual budget over $60 million dollars. Develops programs to sustain warfighting skills and professional development for the NCO Corps; provides oversight on the discipline, individual training, physical fitness, safety, personnel actions, deployment/redeployment and welfare of all Soldiers and their families. Coaches and mentors 33 First Sergeants and enforces regulations, policies, standards, and Army values.

SQUADRON COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR (1st Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment) Oct 2012 – Sep 2014 Command Sergeant Major for 1st Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB), 82nd Airborne Division; consisting of a Headquarters Troop, three Attack/Reconnaissance Troops, An Aviation Maintenance Troop, and a Forward Support Troop; responsible for the health, welfare, training and readiness of 430 Troopers across 50 different MOS’s employing 30 OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Helicopters; executes synchronized decisive action aviation operations for the Combat Aviation Brigade and the 82nd Airborne Division; serves as the senior enlisted advisor to the Squadron Commander.

BATTALION COMMAND SERGEANT MAJOR (2nd Battalion, 3rd Aviation Regiment) Dec 2010 – Sep 2012 Command Sergeant Major of a General Support Aviation Battalion consisting of a Headquarters Company, a Command Aviation Company, a Heavy Helicopter Company, a Medical Air Ambulance Company, a Aviation Maintenance Company, a Forward Support Company, and an Air Traffic Services Company; responsible for the health, welfare, training, and readiness of 657 Soldiers and Families across 73 different MOS’s employing 30 aircraft; executes synchronized full spectrum general support aviation operations for the Combat Aviation Brigade and 3rd Infantry Division; serves as the senior enlisted advisor to the Battalion Commander.
