In the past several years, guided HR Planning and Workload Analysis efforts supporting US Agency for International Development “Changes for Justice” (C4J) Project overseas. Served on a National Academy of Sciences committee project to perform a Congressionally-mandated study of staffing models for a major agency within the Department of Transportation. Currently working several significant longer-term federal sector projects relating to business process reengineering, transformation and leveraging knowledge and staffing levels. Actively engaged in mentoring and consulting with a variety of government and private enterprises.
