• Manage all administrative and support processes related to the organization’s board and committees, including carrying out standard practices, and improving processes when appropriate. • Collaborate with the President to design and implement organizational leadership projects. • Maintain, update and improve organizational documents, such as bylaws and board orientation materials, and manage the organization’s storage of current and historical documents. • Manage the MCF office to ensure a welcoming and hospitable environment, and well-functioning operations, including managing relationships with the landlord, office-related vendors and outsourced technology. • Participate in on-and-off-boarding for all new employees, orienting them to office systems and procedures. • Identify and manage necessary upgrades in systems, changes in vendors, and new approaches to office management. • Provide support to MCF staff hosting on-site and remote meetings, including providing meals and snacks, setting up meeting space and remote participation options, and accommodating specific needs when necessary. • Attain basic knowledge of field of philanthropy to ensure fluency in member interactions. • Engage in continuous learning to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within MCF and throughout the field of philanthropy.
