Managing the PLDP in 216 schools while leading a team of 28 Gandhi Fellows Supporting and Mentoring Fellows in their intervention in schools with headmasters, and in their skill building through regular school visits, de-briefs and problem solving, documentation and workshops for enriching their school as well as personal deliverables. Work closely with team members (including Fellows) to address day to day issues in dealing with Headmasters Supporting pedagogical activities at the location and ensuring successful training and coaching of the headmasters enrolled in PLDP through training, on-job support, etc Building and Managing relations with government officials like Beat officer, Superintendent, etc. to facilitate program implementation (supporting fellow PLs who are constantly engaged with Government Officials). Tracking school development by recording the progress of a project in own block/zone and creating related documents; participating in weekly/monthly meetings for project review, information sharing, etc. Supporting various operational activities at the location such as data analysis, workshop designing etc. Additional functional roles based on interest and need: curriculum design support, HM leadership training etc

Created awareness among selected villages on Financial Inclusion products Developed a Supply chain for the Fair-Trade framework and Created Kiosk for communication through the Daily SMS system Formation of 12 Dairy Cooperatives and 19 Farmers clubs and 6 Self-Help Groups for sustainable impact at grass-root level. Introduced organic farming in 10 villages of Ratlam district in Madhya Pradesh Created Project Implementation strategy for 19 villages under CSR projects of IDBI Coordinating with regional partners and liasioning with government officials of the districts and state. Utilized different tools for Need Assessment (PRA and Survey method) Implementation of training (Capacity Building) and awareness-building programs.
