Project: Central Effluent Treatment & Recycling Plant-Phase-2 (CETRP-1/Phase-2) for MAJIS INDUSTRIAL SERVICES COMPANY (OMAN) Capacity: 10,000 M3/Day Effluent Treatment & Recycling Plant (BWRO) WSI Ltd (UK) Oman Branch awarded the design review & Project management consultancy for 10000 m3/Day Central Effluent Treatment & Recycling Plant-Phase-2. Scope Includes the complete design & Engineering review and Project management consultancy for CETRP-1/Phase-2. Role Includes : Design & Engineering review, Approval of Design & engineering, Project management, Progress reporting, Design changes approval, Variations management, Progress review meetings, Billing review and approval etc.

Project : Al Ghubrah Independent Water Project (IWP)-Al Ghubrah-Oman Client : Oman Power & Water Procurement (OPWP) Capacity : 200,000 M3/Day SWRO (42 MIGD) Year 2013 to 2015 Pretreatment DAF-DMF RO : TORAY Membrane Post Treatmen : Potabilisation (Lime, CO2 Dosing) As Sr.Project Engineer, was responsible for the following functions-  Monitoring, control and coordination of various aspects of project.  Design Review of all applicable drawings & documents for New Darsait such as PFD,P& ID Diagrams, Piping General arrangement drawings, Piping layouts, Fabrication drawings for Vessels, Tanks & Piping, Process description, control philosophy etc. and submittal of the same to client for approval,  Prepared the material take off based on P& ID and related drawings.  Selection of Pumps, Valves, Blowers and other process equipments as per the specifications and process parameters ensuring the contract quality norms and budget.  Raising Request for Quotations & evaluation of quotes(Techno-commercially)  Set up of project milestones for document submission to clients, procurement of materials & assembly, installation & commissioning.  Developed an inspection system to ensure compliance with the provisions of quality.  Reviewed specifications, drawings, technical instructions,  Participated in daily meetings with the client, consultants, and the contractors.  Handled evaluation & finalization of quotes on technical & commercial parameters, and ensured the timely delivery of materials.  Issued request for purchase for all equipments for the project,  Conducted techno commercial negotiations with clients, sub vendors, and end-users for smooth running of project.  Negotiated with client for additional cost incurred due the change of design requested by client.  Design review on each stage of project.
