Build a network of stakeholders both at local and national levels who contribute to the youth mobilization program, and also manage and develop the content for the website and social media. • Supporting, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive Penjaga Laut’s Workplan on Building a youth movement for ocean protection. Achieved Grew 10% awareness of ocean protection by increasing Penjaga Laut’s Activities by 54 activation events at local, national, and international levels by engaging with youth. • Managed 20 people as the national team of Penjaga Laut. Conducted and Coordinated with 25 Penjaga Laut coordinators at 25 locations, engaged with 160 local organizations, and maintained 400 Penjaga Laut volunteers across Indonesia by training them, maintaining a database, and organizing local and national events. • Coordinated the development of a social media strategy that reached over 1 million people, and grew Penjaga Laut’s Instagram following from 300 to 4000 in 7 months. The strategy included the regular posting of environmental content, engaging with the audience, and collaborating with other organizations.
