Working as part of an Agile team to support the digitization of IRCC products and services – the brand-new citizenship e-application. Assists with the execution of research plans under guidance from Design Lead and Transforms high-level project requirements or user stories into tangible sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using modern prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma & Sketch). Helps to prepare supporting materials for the research-by-research plan, leveraging a deep understanding of user-centred design (UCD), user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility. He consistently communicates with developers about designs in progress, stories in development.
As working in the agile environment at Cozii Protech, Bryan needs to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs. Lead design throughout the entire process by building user flows, interfaces, prototypes using visual and interaction design skills. As a UX/UI Designer at Canada Home Group, Bryan plays a key role in conducting user research and understand user needs, create design ideas, and validate product directions. He designs web interfaces as part of the Experience Lifecycle process by incorporating feedback from usability studies, product management, and engineering. Major duty will also include creating documentation (including design rules, clickable prototypes, animations) that enables software developers to build software that fosters a delightful user experience.
