Direct monthly community health projects focused on stress reduction and trauma healing for Galveston, Matagorda, and Brazoria county communities impacted by COVID 19 pandemic. Implement sustainable environmental design projects from beginning to end such as community gardens, murals, ADA compliant playgrounds, outdoor plazas, engineered blankets for unhoused populations, and community refrigerator programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project targets by leading meetings, creating project plans, and developing partner engagement plans. Coordinate events that meet community needs by conducting environmental scans, meeting and identifying key stakeholders, developing and expanding community partnerships, and serving as the point of contact for external and internal sources. Responsible for managing a $300K fiscal budget for three counties by completing all program purchases, tracking costs, and adhering to cost schedule.
