Promoted the company for providing financial consultancy; Provided consultancy to more than 650 clients for raising loans and equity for projects ranging from 1 Crore to 100 Crores; Engaged intensively in preparation and presentation of Business Plans and financial projections. Started legal process outsourcing for banks for implementation of Sarfaesi Act and became largest enforcement and resolution agents in the country, presently working for all banks for the complete process of recovery of NPAs through SARFAESI procedures i.e. taking over and selling the mortgaged asset or properties, resolution, one time settlement. The company is having operation in most parts of the country with 18 Regional offices and 56 branches. The company has the experience of handling more than 14,000 cases under Sarfaesi Act and have taken more than 1,500 physical possessions of secured assets/ properties. The company has taken more than 5000 orders from Local authorities across the country and have taken police help in like number of cases.
