Interglo can help identify this point. In our eyes, over specifying a product can be just as costly as under specifying . We put together ranges that have built into them multiple levels of specification, meaning products can be tailored to meet the unique requirements of a project. Solec Australia is an electrical company with over 20 years experience servicing the construction industry. With a trusted distribution network throughout Australia, the company services projects Australia wide. Having built a solid reputation, Solec Australia has developed to manage any sized project on time and to budget, whilst maintaining the all-important customer focus that our small business culture has to offer. Solec Australia has proven experience in construction projects having worked at commercial offices, factories, warehouses, retail store fitouts, cafes, apartments and other large residential projects. My role is to continue to grow the business, and help it evolve to become a market leader in helping our customers complete their projects on time, within budget, and with a minimum of fuss. Apart from being excellent tradesmen, we aim to give outstanding customer service, assisting our customers on projects by being proactive, and taking an intelligent, and solutions focussed approach to our work. This will be achieved by leveraging outstanding people, and the best available tools and technology to provide an outstanding level of service.

Starting with the ambience in an internal sales roles, I continuously identified opportunities to improve the products and services offered by business, and their capacity to carry out work. Starting at the coalface, and improving the logistics of the business as the warehouse and logistics manager, I progressed into the Operations Manager, then the General Managers role. I addition to facilitating rapid growth in the size of the business, my key achievements in the business were the introduction of a new ERP platform into the business, the creation of a new manufacturing facility, and the development of new, locally manufactured products.
