The marketing department has a transversal position . I do work in close collaboration with the sales department, the general management, and the operational managers. But also with a community manager, photographer, web developer,agencies, and the valley's stakeholders. The scope is divided into the following main actions : Market research: Data collection and analysis of quantitative information to help define the company ’ s marketing and sales strategy. Strategic marketing: From the knowledge of the market, definition of the marketing policy and control of the actions. Product marketing : We are involved in the development of product or product line, from their conception to their launch on the market. We work with the Sales department on the launch pack (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical environment, process) Operational marketing & communication The marketing department is in charge of ensuring that the company's brand identity is preserved. The scope is: internal communication (towards the employees) the external communication (towards the press, B2B or B2C), the institutional communication (towards the shareholders and the partners). Web marketing: Management of the digital strategy (website, social media, and especially inbound marketing) Management of prospecting and loyalty campaigns.
