The Joint Intelligence Operations Center at Cyber Command provides and produces intelligence required to support the Cyber Commander and staff, subordinate component commands, joint task forces, and the national intelligence community. Spearheading the delivery of accurate, timely, and complete intelligence to U.S. Cyber Command. She provides intelligence for planning, execution, and assessment of missions to direct, operate, and secure Department of Defense networks, systems, and data; deters or defeats strategic threats to U.S. interests and infrastructure; and supports achievement of the Joint Force Commander’s objectives.

- Provided current and predictive intelligence to the Secretariat and the Army Staff and projects the Future Strategic Environment to the Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff of the Army, Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, Army G-2, and Army Acquisition Executive. - Coordinated intelligence support to the G-3/5/7 strategic planning and staff actions. - Developed the current and future threat environment for the Army. Advised and provided foreign technical threat intelligence assessments in support of Army acquisition programs, science and technology efforts, and research and development programs. - Lead through regulatory oversight, training guidance, and policy review of the Army Foreign Material Program. Served as the Army's Intelligence Community Element Head. - Coordinated and provided foreign liaison and foreign protocol support to Army leadership. - Lead an organization of 62 personnel.

- Intelligence Studies Instructor-theories of multiple decision making methods as applied to emerging environments. - Areas of study include instability drivers, infrastructure, environmental concerns, and urbanization with a concluding focus on indications and warnings to develop individuals skills in analysis. - The focus on political and economic interests in various world regions when coupled with the multiple methods of decision-making creates a deeper understanding of drivers for actors within the world.

- Selected as the Senior Military Officer to serve on an Intelligence Committee team focused on in-depth targeting knowledge. Built a worldwide operational program focused on aggressive identification of operational resources to create tailored operational opportunities. - Increased signficant collective opportunities in a hostile area resulting in sustantive operations. - Combined in-depth geographic understanding with creative operational planning focused on rapid political and military change.

- Personnel manager for over 80,000 people in the Active Army, Reserve Component, and National Guard. - Leads and supervises 16 personnel with a budget of $40,000 to focus the safeguarding of the eight personnel development system life cycle management functions and execution of the personnel functions for 14 Military Intelligence Occupational Specialities, 8 Warrant Officer, and both Military Intelligence and Strategic Intelligence. - Coordinates with force structure, capabilities development, and human resources while assisting Forces Command, INSCOM, and the Department of the Army G-2 to ensure career development opportunities exist for all personnel.

- Commanded the 304th Military Intelligence Battalion consisting of over 700 Soldiers, Civilians, and Contractors with a budget of over $2 million and equipment worth over $82 million, including seven MC-12 and RC-12 aircraft. - Updated content and executed 30 courses, produced annual training and education for over 3,000 U.S. and International Officers, Soldiers and Airmen. - Courses include the MI Basic Officer Leadership Course, Active and Reserve MI Captains Career Course, Warrant Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, SEMA Aviation Courses and ten functional courses. - Extension of courses, during a time of decreased budget approval, by ten days equating to $2.1 million in POM 18 to ensure the learning environment met the needs of the force. - Created a Leader Development program based on mentorship and incorporated Division/Corps G-2s, Brigade and Battalion Commanders. - Development of teammates in quarterly counseling, attendance for career advancing courses, and integration of multiple branches into the instruction - Turned in over $30 million of undocumented property to account for items purchased previous to command while also reducing redundant or outdated courses within the unit

- Operations and Plans Branch Chief (Lieutenant Colonel) responsible for personnel planning distributing over 98,000 Officers and Warrant Officers to 542 Army, Joint and Component/Department of Defense organizations. - Manages policy impacting force structure, budgeting, and PCS requirements to the Active Component Category Officer and Army Reserve Component across 36 Military Occupational Specialties and Functional Areas from accessions to Lieutenant Colonel. - Plans and synchronizes forecast changes to the Chief of Staff's Army Manning Guidance, force structure, and PCS move requirements with a budget totaling $601 million. - Answers Chief of Staff of the Army and General Officer requests for information addressing distribution, promotion and selection boards. - Led and developed 26 Officers and DA Civilians. - Managed 134 Joint Commands, Department of Defense Organizations (DoD) and USG inter agencies. - Provided service headquarters support to U.S. Special Forces Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, U.S. Special Operations Support Command the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. - Managed 30,000 Officers requirements and nominations. - Filled personnel requirements for Afghanistan-Pakistan Hands program and maintaining oversight of the Joint Manning Document for the Worldwide Individual Augmentation Tasking (WIAS) in support of operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Horn of Africa.

- Battalion S3 / Operations officer for a Military Intelligence Battalion that conducted officer, warrant officer, and specialty training at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence with an annual throughput of over 3,500 U.S. and international students in 21 programs - Redesigned multiple exercises within the battalion and through efficiencies saved the unit $9.7 million in the FY14 budget. - Aggressively integrated new doctrine and methods into the program of instruction for intelligence officers. - Produced and disseminated required and necessary guidance to allow company commanders and course managers ability to plan, resource, and execute training. - Coordinated with Director of Training and Quality Assurance Office to maintain TRADOC accreditation.
