Our plants are medium-speed reciprocating highest-efficiency Nat Gas Engines, using PV Solar for LCOE baseload, combined with Battery Energy Storage Systems. All fully controlled by a 'state of the art', ai Energy Management Software System from Greensmith Energy (GEMS). Our first project, for Baja California Sur, is to be built with our EPCM partners at Wartsila Energy Solutions. This is a fully scalable (20 MW - 700MW) modular solution, that can be adapted to many other areas of Mexico, and currently benefits Grids in many other countries. Our mission is to to lead in procuring 100% renewable energy for Baja Californa Sur. This includes serving all residents who currently can't afford, or have no access to, electricity. We are equally committed to assisting CFE, where possible, in refurbishing their existing power plants, to achieve higher and cleaner efficiency within all of their electrical power generation facilities. Carl was the Co-Founder of Terraco Heavy Equipment Contracting Ltd.(1992-2004), in Revelstoke BC. Canada., and engaged in the Planning, Bidding, Procurement, and Construction of three Independent Hydro-Electric Power Plants, in the North Columbia Valley: (1) 1995 - Akolkolex Power Plant, run-of-river, hydroelectric 10MW; (2) 2003 Pinkston Creek Power Plant, run-of-river hydroelectric, Phase 1 @ 30MW and Phase 2 (2004) 15MW; (3) 2008- South Cranberry Creek Power Plant, upper pond and two penstocks hydroelectric, 10MW. Off-taker in all cases is BC Hydro under 30-year PPA contracts, as part of the BC Provincial Green Power Generation IPP program. We were also engaged in a substantial amount of work with BC Hydro, on the Revelstoke Dam, as part of the additional Turbine 4 and 5 Installations.

In 1938 the new cinema was named the Avolie Theatre, which was the winning name, picked from over 150 entries in a local contest.
