* Lead and coach a Global Team of 8 Senior Supplier Quality Engineers that is focus on classic Category tasks for the Categories Decorative Plastics, Dials and Pointers on global base. * Coordination of the activities inside the Category and Team focused on an active Supplier Management. * Definition and implementation of Category Specific Requirements * In cooperation with Category Purchasing, define the Supplier Panel and classification based on the Business Units Strategy. * New Suppliers and new Technology introduction and release based on the VDA 6.3. * Negotiation of Quality Frame Contracts with new and current Strategic Suppliers. * Quality Improvement Programs improving and maintaining the Supplier Base towards the continuous improvement. * Global Support during escalations from the Continental Plants.

* Lead and coach a Global Team performing VDA 6.3 audits and technology releases of worldwide suppliers. * Definition of supplier panel and classification in cooperation with category purchasing * Negotiation of Quality Frame Contracts with new and current Strategic Suppliers. * Definition of Category Specific Requirements * Support during World Wide escalations from the Continental Plants. * Analysis and evaluation of strategic supplier data and introduction of improvement measures + supplier development * Leading a Global sub-team for component introduction of Decorative Plastics Parts , analyzing and developing competencies. * Plan, initiate and control preventive orientated, Advanced Quality Management measures in the design / development phase for supplied parts and services as Feasibility Commitment, project reviews, Run@Rate, Safe Launch Concept, Quality Control Plan, PPAP etc., to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements.

- Lead the SQM Team in order to reach CONTINENTAL´S and quality targets as well as optimizing the efficiency of the purchasing, quality and logistic processes; promoting the development of each one of its members distributing the workload proportionately and prioritizing actions. - Introduce and maintain the Supplier Quality Management System performing activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and services. - Manage the quality during the introduction of new components, development phase and modifications of series parts through advanced quality management tools as (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Run&Rate, Control Plan, etc.). - Audit the process in Asian and European Displays and PCBs suppliers based on VDA 6.3. - Improve, continuously, the flow of treatment with Asian and European Suppliers.

- Maintain the Supplier Quality Management System performing activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts LCD, PCB and electronic components - Manage the quality during the introduction of new components, development phase and modifications of series parts through advanced quality management tools as (Sourcing, Feasibility Commitment, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Run@Rate, Control Plan, Safe launch Concept, etc.). - Audit the process in Asian and European Displays and PCBs suppliers based on VDA 6.3. - Improve, continuously, the flow of treatment with Asian and European Suppliers.
