My role has seen the creation of a global company with offices in Australia, South Africa and America, with properties in all locations. We are a privately owned company with a big dream. We want to own the right properties in the right locations for the right purchase price. We live, breathe, constantly talk about property, realestate.com.au, realtor.com and property24.co.za are some of our favourite websites. We get excited to look at clumps of dirt for land banking. We travel by road, train, plane, foot to find the next deal. We imagine our project and work hard to deliver it. We have farms, vineyards, units, houses, land, multi-family and single-family homes in our portfolio and we are growing. My role is to find the best deals to acquire, manage the investments and ensure that we receive a sensational return on our investment. I spend lots of hours at work, on the phone, on my laptop, during my weekends, holidays and any sick days. Property investing is my passion and it's never work when you really enjoy what you do. I research the crap out of a deal and will never put my money into a venture I don't understand or cannot see an upside. I negotiate hard and buy well, the most I've saved is $3 Million on a single deal (still pushing that envelope). Most of our investments are for the masses. We don't own the Taj Mahal and we never will, but the masses will always have a place of ours to rent. We chase rental yield internationally and capital growth at home in Australia. We love land due to the fact they are not making any more of it. We believe in teamwork, innovation, professionalism, and long-term decision-making. We endeavor to preserve and enhance our reputation for integrity through all our actions. We are Naloba!
