Our nearly ten-year STEM Reentry Task Force initiative co-led with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) launched in 2015 with seven founding member employers and grew to 44 member employers in 2024, including Apple, Bechtel, Cummins, GE Aerospace, Global Foundries, IBM, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, NetApp, Northrop Grumman, RTX, Procter & Gamble and more. Over 1,300 returners participated in Task Force programs. Managed manufacturing projects from documentation until first prototype, and readied them for mass production in company factories in Hong Kong, Singapore, Massachusetts. Oversaw high stakes company project for Flextronics' largest customer involving simultaneous introduction of 24 new printed circuit board assemblies in two manufacturing locations; Hong Kong and Lowell, MA. Part of management team in charge of start-up manufacturing facility in Lowell. Promoted twice in two years.
