Caroline Glynn Neal

In this role, I develop and oversee Lotus communications strategy. This includes managing communications budget across three program areas driven by federal, state, and local funds; collaborating with program directors to ensure marketing objectives are met and brand stewardship is operationalized and embraced; as well as project management, vendor coordination, and production of collateral and assets. I manage and mentor a team of outreach specialists and communications interns, and empower staff, board, and volunteers to amplify the Lotus story through events, earned media, and storytelling pieces. I create strategies and opportunities to connect individuals, businesses, and organizations/groups to Lotus's mission, including webinars, engagement events, tours, and workshops. I support our development strategy to engage donors, funders, and supporters to increase sustainability and program reach through fundraising campaigns, cultivation opportunities, and stewardship initiatives.
