Caroline Radowski

I am leading significant transformation within this role with a key focus on service clinical excellence, service development, values based healthcare approaches and client-directed care. Most recently, I have been central in leading the clinical governance, operational plans and implementation of the pandemic community services response across NW Melbourne for coronavirus. My role is responsible for a complex and significant suite of cohealth's programs which primarily comprise of clinical and client directed care programs. The cluster groups I am responsible for include medical, oral health, aged care, disability, complex multiple needs care, pharmacotherapy and community justice programs. I also direct the clinical governance for cohealth. As the Network Director I oversee strategy, planning, financial management, risk and the implementation of all aspects of the Network's service development and delivery functions in ways that reflect cohealth's strategic and operational goals. I ensure that programs and services effectively manage demand and, in the case of client directed care, reach new markets while remaining financially viable. I use evidence informed approaches to identiy and manage risks as well as apply technology to the design of business processes within the Network.
