In May 2019 I joined Bird & Bird with the aim of landing the global strategy of the firm to the local reality, designing a long-term Business Development Plan with a special focus on cross-selling. As part of this plan, I have segmented the client portfolio and designed an Account Plan. I have also identified our strategic sectors and designed specific action plans to develop them. Furthermore, to guarantee a proper alignment of the strategy, I supervise and coordinate all the Communication and Marketing activity of the firm including media relations, submissions, events, marketing campaigns and corporate materials.
