With a particular focus in the Consumer Goods industry, I lead complex development projects, from ideation to commercialisation. Innovating product concepts, sourcing and managing suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance, design management, creating the supporting marketing and sales tools, resource management and budget control. Coordinating and motivating the various functional departments and external service providers to achieve shared goals with the aim of producing the best outcome for all stakeholders. Projects include: - The development and launch of a CBD skincare range- managing the design and global brand development as well as the sales and marketing strategy. - Development and launch of a comprehensive selection of affordable yet must-have make-up palettes and associated beauty accessories for Britain's largest discount retailer. - The development of cosmetic accessories ranges, managing not only the NPD but also the strategic sourcing, compliance directives, and the brand development and marketing strategy. - Creating comprehensive ranges of innovative gifting and holiday programs for leading international brands. - Re-inventing FMCG packaging to remove single-use plastics whilst maintaining aesthetic appeal, brand identity as well as shelf presence, durability, and price.
